Shipping policy
Cavalry Coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped from Iowa.
Because we operate under Iowa's Cottage Food Law, orders may only be purchased by and shipped to customers located within the State of Iowa.
Most orders ship within 2–4 business days of being placed. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.
Iowa Shipping Only
At this time, Cavalry Coffee only accepts orders from customers located within Iowa and ships exclusively to Iowa addresses.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside Iowa may be canceled and refunded.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional postage before reshipment.
